Dec 2009 - Runner up Vanda and Young Songwriting Competition.

Nov 2009 - Woooooo I've made it to the final 12 in the Vanda and Young Songwriting Competition. From an original pool of 3000+ entries, these were were shortlisted to 125 and then to 12. Very exciting!!!!!.

Oct 2009 - Singing on US Band A Rocket To The Moon's debut album - The craziest experience was recording vocals for young US Pop Band “A Rocket to the Moon” www.myspace.com/arockettothemoon. The asked me to sing on the track "On A Lonely Night'. We became MySpace friends about a year ago, and after lots of talking and webcam link ups, they asked me to sing on their record. It’s a strange experience being so far away not knowing exactly what they’re looking for, but after a flurry of emails and re-recordings, it was all done.
Aug 2009 - Tying Hands features in Australian Movie - For those of you who haven’t heard, look out for a new Australian Movie called Centre Place. “Tying Hands and Holding Shoelaces” from my EP is used in one of the scenes. Also this month I'm supporting Paul Greene at his Sydney Launch.
June 2009 - Supports with Huckleberry Swedes - Well I’m off for a little Suburban Dreaming with the Huckleberry Swedes. Over the next week or so I’ll be joining them for a number of shows as part of their national tour. If you haven’t seen them you’re really missing out. The Huckleberry Swedes hail from South Australia. We first discovered them in Tamworth where they were special guests of Bill Chambers. We were hooked. I guess you’d say they are an alternative country/roots rock band with vivid soul and bluesy elements. A real melting pot

Early June also saw 2 songs played on Neighbours woo!!!

May  2009 - I'll be doing lots of gigs this month and in particular a run of support shows with Karl Broadie.  Karl is releasing his new album "Branches".  Check out the gig guide to see where we are playing.  Karl has supported and helped me so much over the last few years so please try and get along to one of his shows

April 2009 - Played at the Museum of Contemporary Art which is very cool.  Got to do another gig with a full band which was heaps of fun.  Played at the launch of ASONG where I met Glen A Baker who told me I reminded him of young Joni Mitchell. I smiled in the car the whole way home.

March 2009 - Such a big month.  I officially launched my debut EP "Tiny Spark".  with a full band shows at the Supper Club.  I also was selected to perform at the Port Fairy Folk festival (the coolest festival I've even been to).  Performed shows in Melbourne, got a write up in Inpress Magazine and holidayed at my favourite house at Apollo Bay.

Feb 2009 - As a songwriter this is such exciting news.  I have just been signed to Mushroom Music Publishing.  Yippee

Jan 2009 - Happy New Year everyone.  I will be off to Tamworth again this year.  I've got some great gigs including  a  Songwriters Showcase and am  supporting the Huckleberry Swedes who are not to be missed.  Check out my gig guide to see where I'll be playing.   I'll miss all the excitement of the Telstra Road to Tamworth that I was involved in last year but good luck to all those involved.

October 2008 - Caitlin is putting the finishing touches on her debut EP "Tiny Spark' .  it won't be officially  released until March 2009 

August 2008 - Caitlin performs at the premier Sydney venue The Basement to celebrate 7 years of PopTarts ( a collective of female independent music artists) and the launch of Pop Tarts TV.

July - Caitlin along with former Manly-Warringah Rugby League premiership winning players, Mal Cochrane and Darrell Williams will travel 800 kilometres to Brewarrina, in NSW’s north-west, on July 11 and 12 as part of the Telstra Your Community project. Brewarrina has struggled in recent years with the drought and other social challenges and the special visit will lift the spirits of the community.

April - Caitlin wins the 16th Annual Apollo Bay Music Festival Young Songwriters Award

Feb 2008 Caitlin is asked to launch  The Orphanage Sessions at the Mars Hill Cafe Parramatta.  The new venue for roots and country music in Sydney.  Come check it out on the 23rd of February

Jan 2008 - Caitlin  is a Top 8 Telstra Road to Tamworth Grand Finalist.

Tamworth 2008 - Caitlin  invited to perform at New Age Songwriters Showcase .  Check out one of Caitlin's gigs at the Good Companions Hotel and the final of the  Telstra Road to Tamworth

18.12.2007 Caitlin performs live on FBI Radio  performing the  Perry Keyes song 'Joe Strummer' on Stuart Coupe's 'Tune Up' show

18/10/2007 Caitlin secures support spot at The Vanguard for Perry Keyes.  Perry's album Last Ghost Train Home secured Radio Nationals "Album of the Year'

/8/2007- Caitlin is a Top 10 Finalist in the 2007 ASA Songwriting Competition - Ballad Section

4/7/2007 - Caitlin wins the Penrith Heat of the Telstra Road to Tamworth and will perform at the 2008 Tamworth Country Music Festival

11/4/2007 - Caitlin, has  been selected as 1 of only 21 students to attend the 2007 Tamworth Camerata

1/12/06 - Caitlin has songwriting finalist nominations in the TSA and CCMA songwriting competitions

27/11/2006 - Very exciting Caitlin has 3 original songs placed in the JJJ Unearthed competition.  All 3 songs are in the Top 25 of the "Roots"  Chart and all 3 are in the Top 100 Overall chart.

29/9/06 - Great News !!Caitlin will be performing at both the 'Young Guns of Country' and "Camerata Reunion Concert' at the  2007 Tamworth Country Music Festival

10/8/2006 - Caitlin was placed 4th in the ASA 26th National Songwriting Competition – Youth Section.
